Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Lori Matonis is a dynamic leader in technical project management, operational strategy, and government contracting. As Quecon’s COO, she ensures seamless service delivery to federal clients while driving efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Lori leads strategic process improvements, strengthens client relationships, and oversees project management initiatives that deliver complex IT solutions across multiple government agencies. Her ability to streamline operations and implement scalable solutions has been instrumental in Quecon’s continued success.
A strong advocate for workforce development, Lori champions recruitment and retention strategies that foster employee stability. Her expertise in GovCon compliance, procurement regulations, and contract management reinforces Quecon’s reputation as a trusted government contracting partner.
With a leadership style centered on collaboration, adaptability, and excellence, Lori plays a key role in shaping Quecon’s long-term vision and driving innovation to meet evolving federal requirements.
Lori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Software Engineering, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She also serves as a Computer Science Board Member for Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC). Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, tennis, coaching her daughter’s basketball teams, and cheering on her favorite Philly sports teams.
